How do I return an item?


We are confident that our fine jewelry will meet and surpass your expectations. However, if you are not satisfied articles may be accepted for a merchandise credit or exchange, if returned in saleable condition within 30 days, and accompanied by a sales receipt. A 15% restocking fee, along with any applicable shipping, and insurance charges will be deducted from the credit total. All sales are final on special orders and customized/personalized merchandise. If there was an error made on our part, we will happily exchange your order.

Delivery refusal and return packages will be processed using the above guidelines.

How do I return an item?

Please follow these steps:
  1. Contact Customer Service @ 1-800-548-2616 or e-mail @ info@philiprickard.net and request a Return Merchandize Authorization number for your order. Do not send the item without the RMA number.
  2. Return the item in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way, along with the original invoice and the RMA number.
  3. Insure the return item for the original purchase price. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged. Any shipping and insurance fees associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.
