How do I return an item? We are confident that our fine jewelry will meet and surpass your expectations. However, if you are not satisfied articles may be accepted for a merchandise credit or exchange, if returned in saleable condition within 30 days, and accompanied by a sales receipt. A 15% restocking fee, along with any applicable shipping, processing and insurance charges will be deducted from the credit total. All sales are final on special orders, customized/personalized merchandise and Vault/Sale items. If there was an error made on our part, we will happily exchange your order.
